About the Role:

The Retail Assistant position at Nike is a dynamic and challenging role that requires exceptional customer service skills and a strong understanding of product knowledge. As a Retail Assistant, you will be the face of Nike, providing a premium brand experience to our consumers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Using expertise in exceptional consumer service and product knowledge to serve and deliver a premium brand experience to our consumers.
  • Assisting retail leads and floor managers (Coaches) in training new employees.
  • Supporting various store departments and recommending appropriate products to reach sales targets.
  • Creating a bond between online and offline sales or services in the store using digital devices.
  • Informing consumers and new teammates about Nike products and services.
  • Improving knowledge via tools and training courses to stay up to date and seek insights on sales trends, Nike products, services, and culture.

Requirements:

  • Customer service and/or retail experience preferred.
  • Effective communicator, brand ambassador, and collaborative teammate.
  • Demonstrated ability to apply product sales techniques.
  • Flexible with scheduling and available to work retail hours.
