Job Title: Multi Skilled Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Multi Skilled Engineer to join our team at Staffline. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our production facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Investigate and resolve production issues to improve productivity and efficiency
  • Perform electrical and mechanical maintenance, repairs, and fault management
  • Liaise with the Maintenance Manager to ensure timely completion of maintenance schedules
  • Conduct planned machine and equipment maintenance to improve site efficiency
  • Work collaboratively with a skilled cross-functional maintenance team
  • Diagnose and resolve faults quickly and effectively
  • Maintain accurate records and reports as required
  • Support project implementation and new machinery sourcing
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and Health & Safety regulations
Requirements:
  • Current experience or qualification in a related engineering discipline
  • Experience in the overhaul, repair, and modification of manufacturing equipment and systems
  • Computer literacy with working knowledge of PLC controlled equipment
  • Proactive approach and right-first-time attitude
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility and adaptability
Desirable Skills:
  • 18th edition desirable
  • Experience within the food industry advantageous
  • Accreditation in Food Hygiene equivalent to level 2
