Job Summary:
Pioneer Selection is seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Engineer with an electrical bias to join our client's industrial manufacturing business in the West Midlands. As a key member of the maintenance team, you will be responsible for the planned and reactive maintenance of large-scale machinery across the plant.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform planned and reactive maintenance on machinery and equipment
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules to ensure optimal equipment performance
- Conduct electrical and mechanical troubleshooting and repair
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements
