Job Title: Foreman

My client, a leading regional contractor, is seeking a skilled Foreman to join their team in Somerset. As a Foreman, you will play a crucial role in delivering a civils and infrastructure scheme, working closely with the works manager and project manager.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Site supervision and management of plant, labour, and materials.
  • Conducting daily tool box talks to ensure team understanding and adherence to safety protocols.
  • Liaising with the client to ensure project deliverables are met.
  • Managing and maintaining health and safety compliance on site.
  • Coordinating with the project team to ensure works are completed in accordance with the program.
Requirements:
  • Right to work in the UK.
  • CSCS card.
  • SSSTS/ SMSTS certification.
  • First aid training.
  • NRSWA desirable.
  • Previous experience in a foreman or site supervisor role.
  • Experience with civils, roads, earthworks, drainage, and utilities.
  • Full UK driving licence.
