We're seeking an exceptional Cybersecurity Strategist to join our team. The salary for this role is £72,000 per annum, reflecting the importance of this position in protecting our IT infrastructure, applications, and data. This challenging role involves designing and implementing robust security frameworks and solutions to safeguard our organisation's assets and maintain stakeholder trust.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in information security, with a focus on security architecture and design. They will be responsible for conducting regular security assessments, developing mitigation strategies, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards. Our Cybersecurity Strategist will work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate security measures into all technology projects and initiatives, promoting a culture of security awareness and proactive risk management throughout the organisation.

A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field is essential for this role, along with proven track records of developing and implementing security frameworks and policies in complex environments. Relevant security certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CEH are highly valued. Our Cybersecurity Strategist will also possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess security risks and develop effective mitigation strategies.
