Estimator (Residential) Job Description

Rise Technical Recruitment Limited is seeking an experienced Estimator to join their dynamic team in Poole, Dorset. As an Estimator, you will play a vital role in producing cost estimates for upcoming sites, assisting the land and planning teams with feasibility studies, and supporting the Commercial teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Producing cost estimates for residential construction projects
  • Assisting the land and planning teams with feasibility studies
  • Supporting the Commercial teams in implementing a land appraisal tool/system

Requirements:

  • Estimating experience in residential construction
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Excel
