About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Executive Chef to join our Prezzo team in Gainsborough. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional Italian cuisine to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement new menu ideas and recipes to enhance our Italian cuisine offering.
• Lead and motivate our kitchen team to achieve high standards of food quality and presentation.
• Manage kitchen operations, including inventory, ordering, and stock control.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and food safety standards.
• Collaborate with our restaurant management team to achieve business objectives and improve customer satisfaction.
