An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Early Years Educator to join our team on a full-time basis, teaching a Year 1 class in Corby, Northamptonshire. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating a engaging and inclusive learning environment that promotes every child's social, emotional, and academic development.
As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and expertise in a supportive and collaborative environment. You will also benefit from regular training and development opportunities to help you achieve your career goals. Our school offers a competitive salary of £28,000 - £43,000 per annum, based on the National College for Teaching and Leadership (NCTL) guidance for NQT salaries.
The successful candidate will have achieved or anticipated Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) by the start date. They will also have a passion for teaching and a strong commitment to supporting young learners, as well as excellent communication skills.
