Capita is passionate about inspiring futures and improving outcomes for children, young people, and adults. As a Senior Governance Professional, you will play a vital role in supporting our team of Clerks to Governors, ensuring they deliver exceptional service to schools across the UK.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing induction training to new Clerks on essential tasks such as pay claims and travel arrangements.
  • Serving as the GovernorHub Champion, responsible for delivering training to new clerks, schools, and conducting demonstrations for schools, as well as liaising with GH and setting up schools on GovernorHub.
  • Coordinating the Governor Services Training Programme.
  • Leading the QA process, reviewing the work of all clerks according to the QA schedule and policy.

This role offers a competitive salary of £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, 23 days' holiday (rising to 27) with the opportunity to buy extra leave, and a home-based role with quarterly travel to our Stafford office (fully expensed).
