Early Years Educator

Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Early Years Educator to join our dedicated team at Long-term Teachers Ltd. As an Early Years Educator, you will play a key role in creating a stimulating and nurturing environment for young children, supporting their early learning and development.
About the Role:
- Provide high-quality education and care to children in the nursery, ensuring their individual needs are met.
- Plan, deliver, and evaluate engaging activities that promote the children's learning and development in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
- Support children's social, emotional, and physical development, helping them build confidence and independence.
- Establish strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
- Maintain accurate records of children's progress and contribute to regular progress reviews.
- Ensure high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and health and safety within the setting.
Key Requirements:
- A relevant childcare qualification (Level 2 or 3) is desirable but not essential.
- Experience working with young children in a nursery or early years setting.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach to working with colleagues and parents.
- A positive, patient, and enthusiastic attitude with a genuine desire to support children's development.
- An enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one)
