Automotive Territory Director

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Area Manager to join our team at Alliance Automotive Group. As an Area Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing our busy branches and driving sales growth in your designated area.

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the branches within your area.
• Evaluate employee performance and provide feedback and coaching as required.
• Develop customer relations within the area and communicate with the Regional Sales Manager to meet targets.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in the automotive industry, preferably as an Area Manager or Motor Factor Branch Manager. They will be responsible for managing the sales team within their area, identifying new business opportunities, and developing existing business through effective sales planning.

• Natural leadership skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Proven ability to manage and grow direct reports.
• Strong commercial awareness and ability to leverage reporting data to drive growth and margin.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
