About the Role

As a Principal Asset Surveyor at Nottingham City Council, you will play a pivotal role in driving the city's growth and transformation. You will lead the delivery of high-impact strategic planning and asset management programmes, overseeing projects from inception to completion. Your expertise will directly influence the Council's portfolio of assets, helping to optimise their use and contribute to Nottingham's vibrant community and economy.

About You

We are seeking individuals with MRICS and post-qualification experience relevant to the role. You will have expertise in commercial negotiations, asset appraisal, and property change solutions. A deep understanding of property law and valuation practices is essential. Strong analytical skills to solve complex property issues and implement innovative solutions are also required.
