About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Estate Agent to join our team in Torpoint. As a Sales Negotiator, you will be responsible for helping clients find their dream home by generating and booking valuations, conducting property viewings, negotiating offers, and agreeing sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate and book valuations for clients
  • Conduct property viewings and negotiate offers
  • Agree sales and ensure a smooth transaction process
  • Optimize opportunities to schedule appointments for the branch

Requirements

  • Preferably an experienced sales person
  • Outstanding customer care and customer service experience
  • Resilient, positive, organized, numerate, and detail-oriented
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • IT literate (MS Office, internet, email systems)
  • A Full UK driving license and access to your own vehicle
