About the Role

Rubrik is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our team in London.

As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for identifying high-potential customers, researching Rubrik's value fit, personalizing messaging to prospects, and generating high-quality new business meetings for the company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a targeted sales strategy to identify and engage with potential customers
  • Collaborate with the field sales team to develop strategies for breaking into new accounts
  • Stay up-to-date on market trends, competition, and industry developments
  • Use customer relationship management (CRM) software to manage leads and sales activities
  • Own your business and your sales targets, and be able to report on your results to your stakeholders

Requirements:

  • 0-2 years of sales-oriented work, B2B sales, marketing, and/or lead generation experience
  • Exposure to customer service experience
  • Interest and ability to learn technical concepts quickly
  • Native Dutch speaking
