This is an exciting opportunity to join our London office and work closely with traders, risk analysts, researchers, and other engineers to design, develop, support, and maintain trading systems, tools, and infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop high-performance trading platforms with user interfaces that present coherent, responsive real-time visualizations of market activity and system performance
  • Build trading engines, low-latency connectivity software, modern user interfaces, and more in-house
  • Integrate the system with multi-trading platforms and third parties as well as the global office network
  • Collaborate deeply with traders, risk analysts, researchers, and other engineers to gain an in-depth understanding of trading theory and practice
Requirements:
  • Authorisation to work in the UK preferred
  • Strong engineering instincts and a deep understanding of computer science fundamentals
  • Experience writing software in C#, C++, C, or Java with a proven ability to deliver scalable, reliable, high-quality clean code
  • A passion for continuous improvement and test-driven design plus innovative, big-picture thinking grounded in real-world pragmatism
