Outdoor Learning Programme Manager
We are seeking a talented Forest School Lead Teacher to join our team at Ribbons and Reeves Limited. In this critical role, you will oversee the development and delivery of high-quality outdoor learning experiences, ensuring alignment with educational standards and regulatory requirements. Your expertise will be instrumental in planning and executing engaging outdoor sessions, managing resources, and collaborating with colleagues to achieve shared objectives.

If you hold a Level 3 Forest School certification (or equivalent) and have at least 1 year of experience leading Forest School sessions, we invite you to apply for this challenging yet rewarding opportunity. The salary for this position is £31,750 per annum, based on experience, and comes with a range of benefits, including 8 weeks paid holiday and pension scheme.
