Job Title: Senior Architect

We are seeking an experienced Senior Architect to lead our design team and drive projects from concept to completion. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering architectural projects of the highest quality, with sustainability at the core.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the design team across multiple high-end projects in the Studio
  • Deliver architectural projects of the highest quality with sustainability at the core
  • Contribute to the profitability of the Practice by delivering projects on time and to budget
  • Build highly detailed 3D models in ArchiCAD using survey information
  • Produce drawings and supporting documents for client presentations and planning applications
  • Visit and oversee works on-site and provide support to Project Leaders on construction information and contract administration
Requirements:
  • ARB recognised Part 3 qualification in Architecture
  • At least 8+ year experience in UK practice, preferably in high-end residential or heritage sectors
  • Proficient in ArchiCAD, Photoshop, InDesign and MS Office
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead large design teams across complex projects
  • Strong planning, sustainable design and UK building regulation knowledge
  • Outstanding technical design and detailing skills with ability to articulate high-quality and detailed schemes, thinking and working directly within a 3D BIM environment
  • Experience in delivery of projects through RIBA stages 4-7, including production and coordination of all project's drawings and information
  • Hands on experience with site inspections, running meetings and an intimate knowledge of JCT contract administration
  • Attention to detail and the ability to work on multiple projects with high degrees of accuracy
  • Excellent proficiency in English, both written and spoken
  • UK Driving Licence
