Buckland Manor, a 4 AA red star country house hotel and member of Relais & Châteaux, is seeking an experienced Chef de Partie to join its culinary team.
This role offers the opportunity to work in a traditional English country house hotel with a warm and friendly atmosphere.

Job Description- Assist the Head Chef in daily operations and ensure the smooth running of the kitchen
- Manage the kitchen brigade and maintain high standards of food quality and presentation
- Develop and execute menus that showcase the best of seasonal ingredients
- Oversee inventory control and ordering to minimize waste and optimize supply chain efficiency
- Proven experience as a Chef de Partie in a high-end kitchen
- Strong leadership and organizational skills to manage a team of chefs
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining attention to detail
- Own transportation essential due to location; staff accommodation available on site
