EMCOR UK is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Security Operations to lead our security services team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our personnel, assets, and facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective security strategies to mitigate risks and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Lead a team of security professionals to provide security services, including security design, physical security services, and security operations.
  • Manage budgets and resources to ensure cost-effective implementation of security works within agreed timescales.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and external agencies.
  • Ensure that all security procedures are up-to-date and compliant with current regulations and legislation.
Requirements:
  • Must hold an SIA FL Licence.
  • Substantial management competency, ideally in the corporate security sector, law enforcement, or HM Forces.
  • Proven exposure to developing strategic security solutions, implementing, and delivering a first-class service.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to develop and sustain productive working relationships.
  • High calibre IT skills and presentation capability.
