About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join a highly regarded law firm with a powerhouse real estate group that is enjoying steady growth. The firm has a strong property development team that provides comprehensive advice to clients across various industry sectors.

As a Real Estate Development Lawyer, you will play a significant role in this growing commercial property development team, supporting colleagues across all the firm's offices. You will assist in matters relating to the acquisition and development of sites, both locally and further afield, as you manage your own caseload.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the acquisition and development of sites, both locally and further afield
  • Manage your own caseload and provide comprehensive advice to clients
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with clients, colleagues, and external stakeholders
  • Contribute to the growth and development of the firm's real estate group
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Trained and worked for a leading national or regional firm with experience in commercial property development transactions
  • Confidence in running your own matters and providing expert advice to clients
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  • A strong understanding of commercial property development transactions and the ability to apply this knowledge in a practical context
