Site Operations Coordinator

We are looking for an experienced Site Operations Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the facilities operations throughout the assigned site and working within a greater team of Estates Operations Managers. This includes all facilities operations (both Hard and Soft FM), leading on Repairs, Maintenance, remedial works, and Statutory Compliance, ensuring the colleges are safe and in line with the requirements of Curriculum activities.
The successful candidate should demonstrate a similar level of expertise and experience in ensuring that:
- All works are carried out in accordance with appropriate guidance, legislation, directives, and regulations, including Building Regulations, Building Controls, CIBSE, Electricity at Work Act, IEE regulations, Health and Safety at Work Act, and any other Act or EEC Directive that may be implemented from time to time.
- All Statutory Compliance is aligned with SFG20 standards and BSRIA recommendations.
This role requires strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage individuals, deliver multiple tasks, projects, and conflicting priorities, and ultimately being self-confident and highly visible to all college stakeholders, offering outstanding customer service.
Estimated Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum
