About the Company

We are a development business specializing in residential schemes across the UK, building new homes of Traditional Build and Timber Frame construction.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Establishing and implementing quality management policies, procedures, and standards.
  • Developing quality plans for construction projects, including defining quality criteria, inspection and testing protocols, and quality assurance checkpoints.
  • Overseeing the execution of quality control processes throughout the construction project lifecycle.
  • Selecting reliable vendors and suppliers of construction materials and equipment.
  • Providing training and guidance to construction teams on quality assurance processes, standards, and best practices.
  • Identifying potential quality risks and developing strategies to mitigate them.
  • Conducting regular inspections, audits, and quality reviews of construction activities, processes, and deliverables.

Salary Range:
