Job Title: Software Engineering Manager

Location: Epsom, 3 days office based

Salary: £85-90k pa + benefits

We are seeking a skilled Software Engineering Manager to lead our team of talented Software Engineers. As a Technical Leader, you will implement working processes to empower the team and lead to efficient and effective delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop close working relationships with key business stakeholders and SMEs
  • Work with architects and team members to agree the overall design of new products and features that aligns with technical strategy
  • Perform the role of Scrum Master for the team
  • Proactively remove team delivery impediments
  • Perform sprint delivery tasks to support the team in achieving their goals, being hands-on technically where necessary
  • Work collaboratively with other development teams, utilising Agile methodologies and tools
  • Lead recruitment activities, new starter onboarding and team composition planning

Requirements:

  • Technical leader with a background in C# and .Net Development
  • Azure experience is ideal
