Regional Sales Development Manager

As a Regional Sales Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth in the designated area of Northants, Bedfordshire, Midlands, Cambs, and Essex.
Selling a manufactured range of bathroom/sanitary ware related products used in commercial and domestic applications, this role requires strong relationship-building skills and the ability to develop incremental business with existing accounts.
The ideal candidate must have sold internal/lightside building products or materials and possess excellent communication skills to convey the value/quality of our products over price.
A competitive salary ranging from £50,000 to £55,000, inclusive of 20% OTE, is offered along with a hybrid company car and enhanced pension scheme. With 25 days holiday that rises to 28 with length of service, this represents an excellent opportunity for job security prospects, team togetherness, and an attractive remuneration package.
