About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Experience Designer to join our team at Best Buy Health. As a key member of our UX team, you will play a crucial role in shaping and growing our physical and digital healthcare solutions to enable care at home.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop unified physical and digital healthcare solutions, including app flows, physical packaging, and user guides.
  • Represent the UX team within cross-functional projects, working with stakeholders such as product managers, supply chain, QA/RA, and software engineering.
  • Create product delivery solutions driven by customer needs, business goals, and user experience.
  • Utilize CAD to design and develop concepts, visualize ideas, and prepare high-quality designs and documentation for production.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, such as technical drawings, BOMs, design/engineering change notes, work instructions, and specifications.

Requirements:

  • BSC/BEng/BA or equivalent in a relevant field, such as Industrial Design, Product Design, Design Engineering, or equivalent industry experience.
  • Experienced 3D CAD user with commercial experience.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Keyshot, Artios CAD, Solidworks PDM.
  • Ability to demonstrate a high level of creativity and innovation displaying a broad skill set across the physical and digital design spectrum.
