As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of project delivery, ensuring that all activities, projects, and documentation meet the highest standards of quality and service. This is a versatile and evolving role that requires exceptional organisational abilities, flexibility to adapt to changing priorities, and the capability to perform under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and maintain management system processes, ensuring compliance with QHSE policies and procedures.
  • Oversee adherence to CDM regulations and ensure the completion and submission of Construction Phase Health & Safety plans.
  • Manage project scheduling to maintain service quality and effective client communication.
  • Report on project performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory and internal management systems and policies.
  • Brief engineers and subcontractors on work tasks and processes, preparing for commercial surveys and installations.
  • Coordinate tasks with contractors, workers, and other stakeholders.
  • Accurately complete all required project documentation.
  • Undertake additional duties as needed to support project delivery.

The ideal candidate will have proven ability to motivate teams and drive results, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and strong organisational and time management skills. A solid understanding of health and safety regulations is also essential.
