At Marble Talent Group Ltd, we are seeking a highly skilled Air Conditioning Maintenance Technician to join our team. This role is based in Kent and offers the opportunity to work with a variety of AC plant and assets.

The successful candidate will have experience in servicing and maintaining AC equipment, as well as installing new systems. They will also be responsible for identifying and carrying out remedial works, responding to emergency call outs, and updating asset lists.

We offer a competitive salary of £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to this, you can expect a collaborative and inclusive work environment, continuous learning and development opportunities, and wellness programs to keep you at your best.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Service and maintain AC plant and assets through scheduled planned maintenance visits
  • Identify and carry out remedial works
  • Install experience within the domestic and commercial sector
  • Respond to emergency call outs with aim to fix first time
  • Work in accordance with best practice H&S standards
  • Update and correct asset lists to support smooth contract mobilisation
  • Accurately report activity using in-house systems to enable quick business actions for quoting, invoicing, and resolving concerns
  • Positively communicate and engage with the office team
  • Covering Kent, London, and surrounding counties
