About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Registered Nurse to join our team at SpaMedica, one of the leading providers of NHS eye patient services in the UK. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our hospitals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administer medications in accordance with NMC guidelines and ensure safe and secure handling of medicines.
  • Provide comprehensive care to patients, including diagnostic tests and post-operative care.
  • Assist with stock control and maintain realistic par levels to ensure all items are readily available.
  • Ensure patient confidentiality at all times in accordance with the Data Protection Act.
  • Support and mentor colleagues and new staff to ensure a smooth transition and high-quality care.
  • Admit and discharge patients on a theatre day, ensuring seamless care and communication.
