Key Responsibilities:

The Transaction Processing Officer will be responsible for:

  1. Accurately weighing vehicles entering and leaving the site.
  2. Ensuring correct paperwork is completed for incoming and outgoing loads.
  3. Checking compliance of loads according to local operating procedures.
  4. Updating site processing sheet on a daily basis.
  5. Communicating with the traffic management system and ensuring inductions are complete for all visitors to the site.

You will also be responsible for raising purchase requisitions, supporting the contract finance and admin team, and delivering excellent customer service.
