Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Estate Agency Sales Manager to join our team at Nested. As a key member of our area partnership, you will be responsible for leading local strategy, pitch, marketing tactics, and hours - and as a result, earnings.

You will work closely with our marketing professionals to develop and execute local advertising campaigns, using tools such as doorknocking, direct mail, flyering, and running adverts in local newspapers.

This role offers a unique opportunity to grow your own estate agency business in the area you know best, with full support from Nested's brand, products, and services.

Requirements and Qualifications
  1. 5-10 years of experience in estate agency, with a proven track record of valuing residential property, winning business, selling stock, and delighting customers.
  2. A strong understanding of marketing budgets, lead generation, and local valuation machines.
  3. Alignment with the Nested brand and a customer-centric approach.
  4. Strong social media skills would be a bonus, but not essential.
