Job Summary:
Infosys is seeking an experienced Senior Merchandising Consultant with expertise in the implementation of Merchandising modules within the Symphony AI GOLD Retail platform. In this role, you will work closely with our clients to understand their business requirements and deploy a tailored solution to optimize their Merchandising processes.

Scope of Work:
You will be contributing to different phases of the consulting lifecycle. You will design and configure the Symphony AI Retail platform to align with the client's requirements and industry best practices. You may lead the implementation and deployment of the Merchandising modules, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and processes. You should be able to provide inputs or guide testing and quality assurance teams to validate the accuracy and efficiency of the implemented solution. You should be able to provide training and support to end-users on how to effectively utilize the Merchandising module. You will guide teams on project processes, deliverables and contribute to the proposal development and internal capability building. You should stay up to date with the latest trends and technologies in Merchandise Management, and AI-driven retail solutions.

Requirements:
Proven experience (8+ years) in implementing at least one or more of the various Merchandising modules of Symphony GOLD including Category Management, Promotions Engine, Inventory Optimization, Replenishment Optimization, Pricing Optimization & Analytics within the Symphony AI Retail platform or similar retail solutions. In-depth knowledge of Core Symphony GOLD Merchandise Management principles, methodologies, and best practices. Strong techno-functional proficiency in Symphony GOLD Retail or other similar Merchandise Management product. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and teams. Experience in handling and driving an RFP related to Merchandising Management. Has strong proficiency in estimation and pricing techniques to estimate effort for complex projects. Experience in Agile project management methodologies is a plus. Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
