Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Sales Executive to join our successful team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and targeting new business opportunities with UK organizations, developing and maintaining relationships with clients, achieving sales targets, and managing the sales pipeline. This is a senior role within the business, requiring strong internal and external stakeholder management and clear routes for internal promotion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Manage the sales pipeline and identify new business opportunities
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver sales solutions
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulations

Requirements

  • Strong sales skills, including lead generation, relationship building, and closing deals
  • Ability to develop and implement sales strategies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of the secure destruction industry and related regulations
  • Experience in B2B sales (ideally service sales)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
  • Self-motivation, ability to work independently, and willingness to learn
