Workshop Operations Lead

The Briggs Equipment Group is a leading provider of asset management and maintenance solutions across the UK and Ireland.
We are seeking a skilled Workshop Manager to join our team in Maidenhead.
Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum.
About the Role:
- To forecast, on a weekly basis, the capacity of the workshop and ensure optimal resource allocation.
- To manage and maintain equipment, ensuring high levels of productivity and efficiency.
- To lead a team of maintenance professionals, providing guidance and support as needed.
Requirements:
- Degree in a relevant field (e.g., engineering, operations management).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
