Key Responsibilities:- Lead the core operating mechanisms, including the Annual Operating Plan (AOP), Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), and forecasts in collaboration with the leadership team, functional teams, and finance managers.
- Own end-to-end operating expenses spending P/L management.
- Take charge of divisional goal setting, budgeting, forecasting, and planning.
- Enhance metric reporting by delivering and optimizing business performance analytics.
- Develop tools to identify, communicate, and recommend corrective actions.
- Drive standardized approaches to reporting and processes across the global finance function, while supporting VP finance and divisional leadership with ad-hoc projects.
- An undergraduate degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting is required.
- An MBA, CMA, or CPA is strongly desired.
- Extensive business and people leadership experience at a senior level.
- Prior experience in FP&A, Commercial Finance, or Operational Finance.
- Experience in the Life Sciences or Diagnostics (IVD) industry is desired.
- Experience with SAP, Hyperion, and Hyperion Planning is desired.
