About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Team Member to join our dynamic store team. As a Sales Team Member, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a high level of product knowledge, and working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide fast and friendly service to customers, responding to their queries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Share your passion and knowledge about our products with customers, making recommendations and providing advice to help them find the perfect products.
- Work in all areas of the store, including sales floors, stockrooms, and processing deliveries, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Take control of your own development, identifying areas for improvement and seeking feedback from colleagues and managers to enhance your skills and performance.

What's Next:
As part of your application, you will be required to complete an online assessment, which will involve a Working with Numbers Assessment and a Retail Scenarios Assessment. Our in-store recruitment team will then review the successfully completed applications and contact those who match the job criteria closest to arrange an initial interview.
Important Information:
In accordance with Home Office guidance, successful candidates will be required to evidence their right to work in the UK before commencement of employment. This role is not one we would typically consider for sponsorship under the Skilled Worker route due to the relevant Home Office requirements on skills level not being met.
