Job Description:

We are excited to partner with a leading food and drink manufacturer to support the appointment of a talented Hygiene Manager. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and take full ownership of the hygiene function on site.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review current hygiene practices and implement changes where necessary to ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Collaborate with site technical teams to monitor, improve, trend, and continuously challenge hygiene standards throughout the manufacturing process.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve hygiene processes for the entire site, driving improvements across all teams to ensure hygiene standards are adhered to at all times.
  • Conduct regular trend data assessments to support site hygiene meetings and instigate and manage hygiene-related improvement projects.
  • Optimize CIP systems to achieve desired outcomes, considering site KPI conditions, new chemicals available, environmental, and H&S factors.

Requirements:

  • Significant experience leading hygiene in a manufacturing/FMCG setting.
  • Knowledge of CIP (clean-in-place) systems and processes.
  • Ability to manage a small team and drive improvements across all teams.
