CNC Milling Setter/Operator

We are seeking a skilled CNC Milling Setter/Operator to join our team at Retrack Personnel Holdings Limited. The successful candidate will be responsible for programming and setting lathes from drawing or CAD files, ensuring all customer requirements are met.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Reviewing older production parts to ensure they are being machined in the most efficient manner.
  • Maintaining general cleanliness and housekeeping standards.
  • Ensuring all work is completed in line with the production plan.

Requirements:

  • 3 years minimum programming experience.
  • Ability to carry out first off, self-inspection and final inspection.
  • Experience machining a wide range of materials.
  • Extensive knowledge of Fanuc programming including live tooling.
  • Siemens 840d experience (training can be given).
  • Cam programming.
  • Experience of twin spindle machining.
  • Aerospace background.
