Job Title: Estimating Manager Lead

Are you a seasoned Estimating Manager Lead looking for a new challenge? Look no further than Gatwick Airport As a leading airport in the UK, we're seeking an experienced professional to lead our estimating function across all programmes of work, developing and maintaining accurate project cost estimates and cost plans to support our strategic aims and objectives.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in cost estimation, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. You'll work closely with our cross-functional teams to ensure the successful completion of projects within the allocated budget, applying Gatwick Airport standard processes and procedures where required. Your expertise will be invaluable in helping us drive an integrated and consistent approach to estimating/cost planning and benchmarking, making a significant impact on the delivery of our substantial investment plan.

Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage the estimating function across all programmes of work
* Develop and maintain accurate project cost estimates and cost plans throughout the project lifecycle to support governance processes
* Apply Gatwick Airport standard processes and procedures where required
* Support the Lead Commercial Manager in producing and periodically updating project cost estimates
