The consultancy has a wealth of experience in dealing with complex residential, commercial, retail, and urban regeneration development schemes. They specialise in leading multi-disciplinary teams in navigating strategic scale development projects through the planning system.

As part of the team, the successful applicant will assist in planning applications, appraisals, strategy reports, land purchase, and EIA coordination.

The ideal candidate should hold a RTPI accredited degree in Planning or equivalent qualification and have previous experience in either the private or public sector.
