Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Delivery Driver to join our team at Dixons Carphone. As a Delivery Driver, you will be responsible for delivering and installing a range of products to our customers, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lifting and handling heavy items, including appliances and electronics
  • Completing a multi-drop driving role, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of products
  • Installing a variety of products, including smart home devices and appliances
  • Providing exceptional customer service, ensuring every customer encounter is memorable and positive
Requirements
  • A full Class C1 UK/EA licence with no more than 6 penalty points
  • CPC card (and ideally) Tachograph card
  • A passion for delivering great customer service and a commitment to excellence
  • The ability to handle heavy stock and lift up to 25kg
