We are seeking a dedicated and caring individual to join our team as a Nursery Assistant. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and education to our children.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supervising and supporting children at all times.
  • Preparing and supervising activities under the guidance of level 3 qualified practitioners.
  • Contributing to maintaining an attractive and welcoming environment for the children.
  • Reading, understanding, and implementing all company policies, procedures, and operational practices.
  • Maintaining a positive attitude at all times with children, parents, visitors, and work colleagues.
  • Attending regular staff meetings, planning meetings, and undertaking training as required.
