Crop Production Technical Advisor Role

Websters Rural is seeking an Agronomy Specialist to provide expert technical support and guidance to regional commercial teams across all combinable crops.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver regular technical bulletins for combinable crops
• Provide technical support to regional commercial teams
• Develop and implement crop growing protocols and strategies
• Collaborate with Sustainable Crop Production teams on environmental requirements
• Produce written content for website, blogs, and publications
• Support the delivery of trial protocols for combinable crops
• Process and summarise data to support technical and commercial strategy
• Ensure technical content is legal and compliant

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a technical role within agriculture
• Commercial awareness and excellent communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage varied workloads
• Effective presentation skills for internal and external audiences
• Registered BASIS qualification
• Previous field agronomy and crop nutrition/protection experience (desirable)
