An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Registered Veterinary Nurse (RVN) with Emergency & Critical Care (ECC) experience to join our growing team at an Independent Referral Hospital in Hampshire.

About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced RVN to provide exceptional care to emergency and critical care patients in our new 24-hour department. As part of our dynamic team, you will assist in a variety of specialist disciplines, including ophthalmology, orthopaedics, and soft tissue surgery.

The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring anaesthesia and performing diagnostic tests, as well as delivering high-quality nursing support in both routine and emergency situations. You will also collaborate with our team of specialists to support our ongoing commitment to patient care excellence.

Requirements
  • Registered Veterinary Nurse (RVN) with ECC experience
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to work well under pressure
  • A proactive attitude and a keen interest in emergency and critical care nursing
  • Ability to work on a rotating shift pattern, including nights and weekends
