Our esteemed cocktail bar seeks a charismatic and skilled Cocktail Bartender to join our team. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional premium drinking experience to our discerning guests.

• Stock and cellar management to maintain a well-stocked and efficient cocktail station.
• Participate in daily shift briefings to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Handle booking enquiries and provide exceptional customer service.
• Ensure the bar is set and ready for service, maintaining a high standard of presentation.
• Participate in end-of-shift clearing and debriefing to discuss service delivery and areas for improvement.

• Essential mixology experience, with a strong understanding of premium cocktails and mixology techniques.
• Proven bar experience, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
• Hospitality booking system experience, with the ability to effectively manage bookings and reservations.
• Strong sense of customer service, with a focus on building positive relationships with guests.
• Highly enthusiastic and motivated individual, with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
• Strong communication skills and teamwork abilities, with a focus on collaboration and support.
