Building Construction Specialist

Winner Recruitment is seeking a seasoned Quantity Surveyor to join our client, a long-established building contractor in the North East.
This role offers an excellent opportunity for a skilled professional to contribute to the company's continued success.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing construction projects, ensuring timely completion, and managing budgets. A strong background in building surveying and a deep understanding of local regulations are essential.
Key Responsibilities- Manage construction projects from inception to completion
- Oversee budget planning and financial management
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project deliverables
- Bachelor's degree in Building Surveying or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in quantity surveying
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
We offer a competitive salary of £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additional benefits include:
