Your role will involve engaging in stimulating sensory play, collaborating with us to establish a smooth routine, and assisting with light housekeeping tasks related to childcare.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional care for our children, ensuring their educational and developmental milestones are met.
  • Engage our children in age-appropriate activities and sensory play.
  • Collaborate with us to establish a consistent routine for the family.
  • Assist with light housekeeping tasks related to childcare, laundry, and maintaining a tidy environment.
  • Supervise our 11-year-old daughter during school holidays and after school.
  • School pick-ups and drop-offs.
  • Show nurturing and compassionate care towards all our children.
  • Maintain a safe and hygienic environment.
  • Prepare nutritious meals and healthy snacks.
Requirements:
  • Valid Enhanced DBS Certificate (we can assist with this).
  • Recognised childcare qualification.
  • Paediatric First Aid certification.
  • Previous experience working with children of all ages.
  • Genuine passion for providing excellent childcare and promoting child development.
  • Warm, engaging, and patient personality.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport with children and parents.
  • Punctuality and reliability, flexible to do overnights and weekend work.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Valid references from previous childcare positions.
Salary and Benefits:

Competitive salary: £16-£19 gross per hour.
