About Candour Solutions

We are a leading insurance company, seeking an experienced Digital Value Stream Director to join our team. This is a permanent position with a competitive salary of £120,000 - £180,000 per year.

Job Description:

The Digital Value Stream Director will lead and manage a team of Product Managers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture within the team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing effective and proactive support and expertise to programmes and projects, creating innovative and actionable plans, and optimising solution delivery.

The role requires strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire technical teams to proactively find solutions, focus on continuous improvement, and remove blockers. The successful candidate will also have experience working in value streams and product development, with a deep understanding of Agile principles and processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of Product Managers
  • Provide effective and proactive support and expertise to programmes and projects
  • Create innovative and actionable plans, and optimise solution delivery
  • Develop and execute product strategies aligned with the company's overall goals and objectives
  • Support the planning and execution of new product/feature launches

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong leadership skills
  • Experience working in value streams and product development
  • Deep understanding of Agile principles and processes
  • Ability to inspire technical teams to proactively find solutions
  • Comfortable leading internal and external teams
