Administrative Medical Support Professional

We are seeking highly skilled and motivated individuals to join our Patient Care Advisory Team as an Administrative Medical Support Professional. In this vital role, you will contribute to delivering exceptional patient care and administrative support.
Main Responsibilities:- Provide a warm and welcoming experience for patients, responding to their queries and concerns efficiently.
- Maintain accurate and confidential patient records, ensuring data security and integrity.
- Manage telephone calls, messages, and emails, prioritizing tasks and resolving issues promptly.
- Action repeat prescription requests and register new patients on our online system.
- Perform various administrative tasks, including mail handling, scanning, and attaching correspondence to patient records.
- Maintain a tidy and organized reception area, adhering to health and safety standards.
- GCSE in English and Maths (C or above).
- Previous experience in a GP practice is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided.
This role involves working within a team, carrying out administrative functions, and contributing to our telephone hub.
Estimated Salary:£23,000 per annum, depending on experience.
