About the Position

We are seeking a talented Engineering Capability Leader to join our Manufacturing team and drive enhanced capability, efficiency, and reliability across all sites.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Evaluate maintenance and engineering performance at each site, leveraging data analysis and engaging with key stakeholders.
  2. Design and implement preventive maintenance (PPM) schedules for production equipment through critical path analysis.
  3. Ensure adherence to health and safety standards, and manage compliance with legislative requirements.
  4. Identify and manage resource needs, coordinating plans to improve maintenance and engineering capabilities.
  5. Conduct fault-finding assessments and provide guidance for critical decision-making to optimise equipment performance.
  6. Collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders at all levels to promote continuous improvement and accountability.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  1. Qualifications: HNC in electrical or mechanical engineering, with a strong background in pneumatic and electrical systems.
  2. Experience: Hands-on experience introducing PPM schedules and managing maintenance in a production setting.
  3. Skills: Ability to conduct detailed fault-finding assessments and make data-driven decisions for system improvements.
  4. Interpersonal Skills: Team-oriented, able to engage confidentially and constructively with all stakeholders.
