Company Overview

Savills is a market leader in property management, and we are now seeking a Real Estate Operations Assistant to join our Bristol team. In this role, you will provide administrative support to the team, handling various tasks such as updating internal systems, chasing tenant arrears, and raising purchase orders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Extracting lease information to update internal systems and schedules.
  • Updating internal and external reports, including spreadsheets and tenancy schedules.
  • Chasing tenant arrears and reporting collection stats.
  • Coding invoices.
  • Raising purchase orders.
  • Liaising with suppliers.
  • Acting as a conduit for tenant communications.
  • Onboarding and offboarding new tenants.
  • Change of tenancies with utility providers.

Team Overview

The Bristol team comprises of 2 Directors, 1 Associate Director, 2 Associates, and 1 Surveyor supported by a Team Administrator. We are known for working hard but having fun whilst doing so.
